Barbara Gunacker-Slawitsch

Barbara Gunacker-Slawitsch is an associate professor and deputy head of the Department of Tax and Fiscal Law at the University of Graz. Her research focuses on issues relating to tax procedural law, constitutional issues of taxation, and Austrian and European VAT law. Other areas of research include cooperation between authorities and taxpayers, the distribution of the burden of proof, and tax enforcement. Barbara Gunacker-Slawitsch is a member of the Field of Excellence Smart Regulation.
