Dominik Stenitzer
Dominik Stenitzer joined the team at the Department of Tax and Fiscal a predoctoral Research and Teaching Assistant in 2022. His research and dissertation project focus primarily on Austrian gambling tax law, in particular the question of whether and to what extent a tax on illegal online gambling is compatible with a federal gambling monopoly. In addition to academic contributions on Austrian gambling law, he has also lectured and published on tax procedural law.
