Studying Tax and Fiscal Law

Our main lecture provides students with the constitutional foundations of government financing through taxes, an overview of the relationship between government budget and taxes in the European context, and the basics of tax law in a global and European context. In-depth courses impart knowledge and train the ability to argue and reflect on legal issues in both spoken and written form. In cooperation with the Chamber of Public Accountants and Tax Advisors, the lecture series "Forum Steuerrecht" (Tax Law Forum) offers further education and training for practitioners and students.
