Research at Our Department

The Department of Tax and Fiscal Law conducts research and publishes in various areas of tax law. Key topics include value added tax in a national and European context, tax procedural law, and fundamental constitutional and EU law issues relating to taxation. Other areas of research focus include fiscal constitutional law and financial compensation law, transport tax law, and state and municipal taxes.
