Courses

The compulsory subject Tax and Fiscal Law provides an understanding of the basic principles of taxation as an instrument for state financing and redistribution. A solid insight into the system of Austrian tax law is provided, taking into account European and international references. Graduates of the subject are able to solve simple practical cases independently. In-depth courses impart knowledge and train the ability to argue and reflect legally in spoken and written form.

The completion of a certain number of courses enables the acquisition of a certificate of specialization in tax law. In cooperation with the Chamber of Chartered Accountants, lecture evenings are offere, aimed at the further education and training of practitioners and students. For more in-depth specialization in accounting, a University Course is offered for lawyers.
